Jammu Gets Smart: EatSure Foodcourt Offers Multi-Brand Digital Dining Experience

Rebel Foods’ EatSure brand has opened its **first smart foodcourt in Jammu, marking the company’s entry into the Jammu & Kashmir market and expanding its offline footprint in India.
The new foodcourt is located at Royal Nest Sapphire and spans about 2,000 sq ft, bringing more than 10 popular dining brands under one roof. Diners can place and customise orders digitally using self-service kiosks or the EatSure app, with real-time updates displayed on digital screens or sent to WhatsApp — eliminating the need to queue at individual counters.
Visitors to the venue can choose from a wide variety of cuisines, including biryanis, burgers, wraps and desserts, with brands such as Behrouz Biryani, Faasos, Wendy’s, Lunchbox, The Good Bowl, Honest Bowl, Sweet Truth, Makhani Darbar and Dabba & Co available in one place. The outlet also has seating for more than 50 guests, making it suitable for friends and families looking to enjoy diverse meals together.
Ankush Grover, Co-founder & Global CEO of Rebel Foods, said the smart foodcourt reflects EatSure’s aim to transform dining with convenience, variety and technology, giving customers the freedom to enjoy trusted brands and seamless experiences in one location.
This Jammu launch is EatSure’s sixth offline location in India and follows similar smart foodcourt formats in cities such as Pune, Vizag and Nashik, as the company continues to expand into tier-1 and tier-2 markets with hybrid digital-physical food destinations.
