Founded by sisters Sushma Reddy and Shravya Reddy, the brand specialises in chocolate-centric desserts and experience-driven retail. Instead of treating chocolate as just one item among many, the company has made chocolate the core of its product strategy, helping it carve a distinct niche in the city’s dessert landscape.

Madam Chocolate’s portfolio includes a range of popular items such as Choco Melt Cake, Teddy Bear Chocolate Mousse, Panda Blackforest, Brownie Bites and Kunafa Chocolate Bars — the latter inspired by global dessert trends and performing strongly with customers. Pricing is positioned in the premium yet accessible segment to appeal to both indulgence seekers and casual dessert lovers.

The brand operates via a hybrid model that combines dine-in outlets and cloud kitchens, and is supported by strong omni-channel sales through delivery platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart and Blinkit, as well as direct online orders nationwide. With continuing demand for unique, high-quality chocolate desserts, Madam Chocolate plans to open additional outlets in malls and other Bengaluru locations this year, and is also eyeing expansion to other major Indian cities.
